Cafe with a View

INSIDE Bowbridge Lock, which is being restored by volunteers on the Cotswold Canal near Stroud. I hope one day to blip boats passing through, but that will be some years hence, if Blip is still here: it sounds as if it may be.

In other news, I have a heated electrical throw which I can drape over me as I sit on the sofa. It costs pennies to run. AS with my smartphone, I now wonder why I didn't get one years ago! Just add cocoa and you get Instant Granny! I am about to put it on my bed to prewarm it before I get in. I may never get out.
