Woke up to the most amazing blue sky - this is from our bedroom window - a bedroom I love and will miss; it's taken me all this time to stop missing our bedroom in Trapiá, which I totally loved. Wonder what the next one will be like??

Very full day, with estate agents, bank stuff, and not much time for more clearing. We did manage a walk in Newhall - where we "wasted" time watching a kingfisher - why was this the best ever sighting I've had of it, whilst with a prime lens that would have been useless to capture it??

Final question: M has appropriated my old bridge camera and got some good ones of the kingfisher - will one of them be his first blip??
