The Prettiest House in Town

There is something about this house that makes everyone love it. I see the house when I come out of work as it's just over the road from the library.
Is it the colours, the proportions, the shape, the tower, the position? Or is it all of things combined? That’s what I think anyway.
Inside there are offices and so no-one actually lives there, which I think is a shame.
