Curlew feeding at the water's edge

I spotted two of them on my afternoon ride along the "Esplanade" for want of a better word the runs east from "The Deep" towards the main docks.
They were feeding on the mudflats that have gathered at the entrance of the old Humber Dock.
Aren't they splendid Birds?
