Hat Fair
It's the Hat Fair in Winchester and as the painted bollards first appeared for the Hat Fair, a bollard shot it had to be. To look at all of my previous bollard photos start here
They've been working on the one that I added to Flickr on 30 June. Its not quite finished.
Having been to the hairdressers to enhance the red flash I wandered through the stalls in The Square (where the bollards are)
I spoke to a couple selling photos of places that I also take photos. They had enhanced them using Photoshop so that they looked like paintings. I told them about blipping - they might join the party.
I stopped and chatted to a nice lady selling silver jewellery. I now have a new thumb ring - didn't need it as I already wear two.
Not sure that large will highlight any more details
I feel so sorry for the performers today as it has poured on occasions and I saw the water generating a fountain from a man hole cover and a river running across the road. I feel for anyone flooded.
Think of me tomorrow. My choir is going to sing in a Flash mob and I will be starting the singing with our choir leader. I am used to people thinking that I am odd but I am not used to singing in close proximity to people - I am normally on a stage.
The thing that made me smile: Master F and Miss F don't really get on. Miss F is going away next week. Master F hugged her to say good bye as he is staying at a friend's tonight
Exercise: I've danced around the kitchen with my 4 kg weights - nothing I know but I remember the days when 1kg was enough
Footnote: If you have been concerned about me I fell asleep on the sofa with Milo today - I needed it
