Rhine trees in the mist

Final painting for the exhibition was finished this morning. This time I tried something different. Using a granulating pigment, lots of granulation medium and painting techniques to increase texture - this painting came out with loads of character. The more I look at it, the happier I am with it.
It will be interesting to see how it is received at the gallery later this month.
