Summer by the Sea

I have been staying at Pauanui with an old friend for a couple of days.
 I was looking forward to some sunbathing and swimming however the weather was terrible...very stormy and rainy with gale force winds, so hardly went outside at all until this morning when I was about to leave.
By then the storm had subsided, the sun had come out and people were heading down to the beach.
Never mind... heading to Lake Tarawera tomorrow where I am sure the weather will be better.
