European Starling

I know it's not very exciting but I've never had a Starling at my feeder before so it had to be today's blip.  He and his two pals were chowing down on the suet and even the much bigger Flickers couldn't shoo them away.  I think they're really pretty but I know they can be bullies at the feeder.  I only saw them in the morning and then they were gone.  I'm hoping they were just passing through... 

It was so great to get the excellent news from the Blipfuture team today!  Huge thanks to the Fab Four for their hard work and to everyone who has pledged for saving this wonderful community!  I haven't stopped smiling all day!
