A couple of years ago, I went to Iceland for a long weekend. Part of the plan was to hopefully see the Aurora Borealis but that didn't happen. Seeing as this is me and I have all the best luck... upon my return to the UK, I looked at the news on my phone and the Northern Lights had been seen as far south as the north of Wales. Bloody typical. Iceland is a beautiful country though. Well, what I saw was beautiful anyway. I've added an extra pic, one that I took there. I have this pic printed on canvas hanging on the wall in my lounge.
I shot my main blip with a custom white balance to give a cold feel to the shot. It is Icelandic Krona after all.
