A very poor sleep, a very early start, a packed commuter train, still not well, a packed inbox, rushed home for a client...and collapse.

It was one of those rainy days where it never seems to get fully bright, fully daylight.

My client used a gift voucher bought for her by her husband nearly six months ago. She hadn't been for a massage for just over two years. At the end she said she'd forgotten how amazing massage is and booked another appointment. That was unexpected and very pleasant!
