Getting it in the neck.....

So much for the nice,hard,dry weather ! Back to normal today-rain. Which made walking round the yard great fun on top of a layer or ice. The vet here  to start TB testing cows. This involves clipping the hair from 2 patches on their neck,measuring the skin thickness then giving them a jab of 2 types of TB , avian and bovine. They then come back on Thursday and check that there are no reactors (fingers crossed). Just like when you got your BCG at school.
Finished the 150 here by mid afternoon,so not bad going. The other 120 next door are booked for another week.
