Respite

Today I took my Mum into a Care Home for a weeks respite care. My Dad will enjoy a week at home with only himself to care for. At 96 he is her sole carer so certainly deserves and needs a break. I phoned Mum when I got back to Low Fell and she had already made friends with the lady in the next room who turned out to be the wife of her old boss 40 years back!
