I found myself laying awake at 4.45 thinking about how to put lights on the back of the child seat. 

So it was a yawny day.  The bike to nursery went well, and the mountain bike felt smooth and solid, and uhf easier to stop than the road bike in the rain. 

It was all going well, but ended with an hour of tears and snot.  Not feeling well, it seems.
