"Thomas"

We walked down to the church as Clickychick has a special type of shot she wanted to use for her 2500th blip.   While she worked I wandered round taking shots of various things.  Then it was a walk back through the rapidly melting snow.

When we got back home I went to the computer and there was the most recent posting from the "Fabulous Four" at Blipfuture".  (Do you think we will ever get back to calling it blip central?).  Bells are rung at times of great rejoicing so this shot of "Thomas" seemed appropriate.

Thomas is a tenor bell from the original bells in the tower the inscription dates ti to September 1524.  It was removed from the tower in the late 1990s when the bells were being renovated.  It was replaced because of its poor condition.  Thomas can't be rung any more but I certainly feel like ringing bells.  Now we must all get behind Blipfuture and help/support in anyway we can
