Owchy!

Extremely busy day today and within 10mins of being at work I did an owchy!!

While taking the lane ropes out for synchronised swimming I managed to almost rip off my acrylic nail off my thumb! Abs ever since its killed - thus is now over 12 hours ago and my thumb is still throbbing! Not good!!!

Had an awesome afternoon at hydrotherapy with a little boy who I have not worked with for a while but I am going to be working with over the summer!

Roll on tomorrow for more water!!
