First Breakfast Ride

The Shadow Dabbler has been riding with a bike club for awhile now. They ride to breakfast every Saturday morning unless the weather is bad. He has wanted me to ride with them for some time now but I never felt ready. The last group ride I did was way to big and I freaked out a little bit so I had not done one again.

Today they went to one of my favorite places for breakfast The Corner Bakery in downtown Fort Worth so I decided to give it a try. As fate would have it the Shadow Dabbler and I were the only two for the cruiser group (the slowest group) so it felt like a date ride until we arrived downtown. Once there we ate with group and then headed for home.

It was a really good ride, on the way home we stopped so I could take a break. This is the Shadow Dabbler with our bikes along the Trinity River. By the time we were done it was 100 degrees outside.
