Surprise for Nan & Pop!

Today was a big surprise for my parents as our eldest son Nic who lives in Bournemouth with his wife came over for a day trip. He is unable to come for their 60th wedding anniversary on Tuesday and they knew nothing about him coming at all. The look of surprise and tears said it all at breakfast time. We have just taken him to the boat to return home to his wife who was unable to come today as she is on call. We had a lovely day and even had a all the family for a BBQ (cooked outdoors and ate inside!). I am shattered and really not feeling very well as this cough has really knocked me for six so I will catch up with my comments soon. I am off to bed. Night night!
