A Waterfall

or not?

At first, and right up until i began to process this photo almost a week later, I believed this was completely intended to be some kind of weird, beautiful, ugly waterfall fountain at the  Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold Building where the United Community Health Center is located. After all, it is set off from the two buildings by about 30ft/9m and certainly looks  like it is is designed to be a free-standing waterfall.  Then I thought that maybe it's just a fancy way to show run-off from rain water or some kind of water capture system.  I've really only noticed it a few times and it's always been running when I've seen it.   Further investigation is necessary...stay tuned!
