Tuileries beach?

We actually had a really nice day today despite this weather. We had lunch at Chartier, visited the passages Jouffroy, des Panoramas and Vivienne and then spent hours in the Musée des Arts Déco. Th and I enjoyed the furniture galleries, especially the 20th century floors. I didn't realize Arts Déco was such a big museum!

This was taken from an upper floor of the museum, through a window. We sure were glad to be inside when we saw and heard this storm!

Luckily it cleared up this evening and we met some friends for a delicious crêpe dinner on the rue du Montparnasse. Crêperie Saint-Malo may almost have displaced Crêperie Saint-Germain for the top spot in our crêpe listings! After dinner we strolled through Montparnasse and then walked very briskly through the Jardin du Luxembourg just before it closed for the evening.
