Lunch in Exeter

Showed Phil the school this am - all ready for Monday!
Then exeter to see Saras new house - Sara and jax so happy it's great to see :)
Lunch with Sara in pub then home for swim lessons - meant to meet Kahrn for lunch but he overslept! It's hard being a law student apparently! X
