The Wheels On The Bus - Come Off

What a day!!

Had a smally lie in then up and set to completely emptying the kitchen. In the darkest recess of a corner cupboard we found saucepans, baking tins etc that have not been used for years. Combining these with an old aluminium ladder and a broken bike made a trip to the scrapyard worthwhile so off I went.
All was well on the way out, the return trip was somewhat different. The roads from United Downs are single lane with few passing places, about half way back the steering wheel started to vibrate accompanied by a knocking noise.
Coming down the hill the vibration and noise increased I kind of guessed what it was and as I angled the van to go off to a side road the wheel came off.
Two hours later a very 'nice' AA man with a van turned up, an hour later I was back on the road. I limped home and parked, Big Red needs some serious attention, the wheel nuts didn't undo themselves so anti-theft ones all round I think.
No one got hurt and Big Red just needs se tlc
