And then there were three

Despite a house full last night by 11.00am there were only three of us left.  Martin has taken James back to Uni and I'm a little sad.  

I know James has been dropped off safely and am now awaiting Martin's safe return from the epic 8 hour + return journey.  It's his birthday today so Sam has baked him a cake and the remainder of us will share a meal together later whenever he gets home in an attempt to at least mark the day in a special way.

His presents this morning were based firmly around two themes, David Bowie and Star Wars!

In a strange family coincidence he shares his birthday with both my niece and my sister-in-law.  Happy birthday Martin, Alice and Helen too.
