Or, to give it its proper name, Daktyla, Greek country bread. It contains cornmeal and wholemeal as well as white flour. I have turned it round to conceal the unsightly split along the other side which was probably the result of under-proving. No matter, it tastes good.

Embarked on sock knitting while (half-) watching an old James Bond film. Did pull out the wrong needle at one point but managed to pick up all the stitches and didn't swear.
