Whisky
The cold numbing effects of a half-bottle of Bunnahabhain were gratefully enjoyed last night. The drunken-ness was not - having packed an extra pair of socks, a silk liner, a bivvy bag, I not only failed to bother using any of them in my stupor, but also failed to zip up my sleeping bag.
After tidying up the bothy, and fireplace, we returned along the loch shore to the car. gazing at the stillness of the water and snowy views.
The drive back south was grand with wintry hills all the way and not a breath of wind on the lochs. The extras are from Loch Lubnaig
