Another day of awful English weather
Beautiful frosty morning at Little Grimsby, then enjoyable AS revision lesson with my favourite students (never have favourites, but these two are special, I have to admit) - I say AS revision, but in the 2 hours we covered quite a lot of vaguely connected things, like watching Thomas Turgoose's interview in Grimsby's East Marsh Shalom Youth Centre as a 13 year old, after which he was signed up for This Is England... And the structure of the services at Caleb's church in Sweden... And the nature of JP's pool parties... And what a "faux pas" is (exemplified by the time I was explaining how important the job of an anaesthetist is, because people can and do die if you get it wrong - the day before Victoria's dad was going into hospital for a major op...)... And what a co-operative is... Oh, and a couple of laughing fits (can't even remember what mine was about...). Then the one bad moment of my day, listening to Liverpool being robbed by Man U. Since then been dealing with work emails etc. Not got enough done on my to-do list again (yawn), but somehow I just seem to be floating through. Various reasons I think, including thinking about especially no.10 on this list: http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-23378/16-ways-to-live-your-passion-in-2016.html
En avant :)
