It's a beautiful day for a bike ride!

-5 degrees feels like temperatures, but bright blue skies and sunshine...how could I not get out and enjoy it on Dash?!

I stuck to the main roads as the back roads remains VERY icy in patches. It is far better to be safe than sorry! I whizzed up and down the coast, in the bitterly cold, but beautiful morning and early afternoon sunshine. 

Wise move to wear two thermal long sleeved top, a long sleeved top, two cycling jackets, a buff around my neck, a buff on my head under my helmet, thermal leggings, fleece lined cycling leggings, two pairs of socks and two pairs of gloves :-P
