First snowy morning!

After yesterday's late snow the garden looked magical this morning. It is already receding as it is certainly warmer than the last two days so I wanted to capture it at its best.

The magnolia is our bird feeder tree which was so recently (less than 2 weeks?)https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2121224856589568820 ) bedecked in green baubles. Now beautifully trimmed with snow. From the top of the stone birdbath I would say a good 2 inches has fallen.

You can just see the blue sky coming through in the background and a Fuchsia in the foreground which I noticed yesterday was full of buds. Shame really as it will need to be cut back to the ground.

Chris has gone to clear paths at church, wonder how many will make it out today?
