Meet Ewan

Ewan is the mechanic, taking after his father (classic motorcycles). As I could not make my usual pre-christmas trip to Germany, yesterday was a sort of late Christmas, with a visit to ToysRUs.
Within a minute of arriving home Ewan's box was open and a Space Shuttle is taking shape. Alicia has rather more patience and her friend Sophie came to help make a veterinary clinic (extra), with occasional help from me.
Yesterday we went to collect my much older grandson, Andrey, who stayed the night. More about him later.
I fell asleep on the sofa last night and woke, alone, at half past midnight, sleeping through, amazingly for me, until 8 this morning. Good 'sleeping pill' these little ones. Too sleepy to blip last night so writing this Sunday morning.
It's snowed overnight. Not very much and there's a bright sun in the sky.
