Busy day

During our regular series of meet ups in London my mum and I have stuck to a routine of food markets, walking around a lot on pleasant backstreets, and wine.

Yesterday we decided to do something different, which involved a very interesting trip to Hampton Court palace (the Yew trees were a highlight), and the lumiere festival. And wine. Because you can't change things too drastically.

There were a lot of potential pictures for today but I felt pressured by another blipper to hurry up and post something. This installation on Regent Street was my joint favourite with the multicoloured Westminster Abbey. They look a bit like the pet axolotls I used to have too.
