A sort of 'mono' day

Two challenges to deal with today - each involving just one colour. The alphabet challenge is B is for Blues. Well, blue is my favourite colour, so I just tossed lots of blue things on the bed and this is the result. Then I thought 'Merlin is a blue merle' so I surrounded him with blue knitting yarn and took the 'extra' - I was surprised how he just stayed there while I did it, actually.
The second challenge is in Emma Davies' 'A year with my camera.' This week we had to photograph black on black and white on white. Pixie is. of course, black so I plonked her on a pair of black trousers. Several shots later I achieved the other 'extra' - manual settings, using flash as she moves constantly.
