Baking day

As it is a miserable , damp and frequently rainy day it seemed like a good idea to bake. A couple of loaves of bread and an attempt a a Croatian nut bread called orahnjacha. That did not come out as well as I would have hoped and I suspect the dough needed more flour than the recipe called for . I am going to try to find another recipe on the net, now that I have a spelling for the name.Elise talked about it a lot after her semester in Dubrovnik.
