Early sunset

A quick wander on the common in the late afternoon and the sky was starting to turn orange. It has been a sunny day on the whole and we've spent most of the day together. H had a football tournament this afternoon, so I treated myself to a new hat and scarf to withstand the bitter cold of the venue. :-) Very much needed they were too. H scored a goal and was pretty pleased with his efforts. We all even more impressed when mum suggested fish and chips for dinner. :-D
