Yummy experiment

Last weekend we spent the Christmas voucher we received from Matt's grandma (along with some savings) on a new kitchen mixing machine. Today was the first time I tried using it on one of the recipes in the book that came with it. Here is the result - Lemon and Lime pie :) with the book in the background to show how it should have turned out. The filling on mine was a little more oozy than shown, but I thought it was pretty close.

I'm pleased to report it tasted pretty good and we're both alive so far!
