Arndale Centre, Eastbourne

Eastbourne Council must be doing OK £££-wise. This is a major piece of renovation, promising 25 new shops, 7 restaurants (probably not too many Michelin stars) and a 9 screen cinema. It's still trading of course, just a bit noisy in there.
