After the Gym

Whilst working this morning, I noticed these two going into the leisure centre. Just over an hour later they came out . . . tucking in to crisps and M&Ms. I'm sure they deserved it, although they don't appear to have broken a sweat!

I was saddened to hear of the the death of Alan Rickman yesterday, age 69 - another wonderful artist we've lost in a very short time. I loved the sound of his voice and his wonderfully measured delivery, it was beautiful to hear - plus he was the best Sheriff of Nottingham ever.
