Back to my fitness routine, first one of the new year.

Weather reports said minus 10, so layered up, within 15 I was stripping off.

Got attacked by 4 dogs, all wanting to join in. The collie ran with me, the spaniel jumped and the puppy weighted my feet while I did my press ups, the fourth I had to stop from making me his special friend!
