Remembrance

Today we went with a friend's family to plant his ashes here, at the Sheffield United ground's little garden of remembrance.
For a man born in London, he became a big fan of the Blades. Don't like footie myself, but I understand it gets to some people ;-)

So rest well, Shaun. You've had a relatively short but interesting life! Traveller, train driver, wildlife lover, humungous music fan, among so many other things.

He was, for a time, a punk Ranting Poet called Dino the Frog, often featured on playbills above Porky the Poet - alias Phil Jupitus.
