-water in the smaller, upper waterfall at Goitstock today after all the rain we have had. Lots of water in the main waterfall too Here

The water level in the beck had obviously been higher, perhaps even by a couple of feet, but still plenty to make a walk up this wooded valley worth while. The water from this beck flows into the River Aire that you can see here in Wendles56 blip of the river yesterday.

It has been a pleasant morning and afternoon with some sun, a respite from yesterday but it has just started to rain again and I have heard thunder!
