Damo, our up and coming frozen cocks & balls artist had at this stage given up all hope of sharing his ephemeral tribal art with the rest of the population. 
Until this morning, when sub-zero temperatures and decent amount of humidity in the air enabled him to let his C&B imagination run wild.
