Ethnic week

It's ethnic cuisine week here at the apartment. 
Tonight was a mushroom bok choy creation.
In other news right before I cooked dinner I went to this volunteer meeting about going into schools and teaching kids to cook and garden. 
Despite the fact that I have killed things such as cacti before, I managed to sneak myself in on the volunteer list. More to come!
