Wind power

We had a trip out to a local nursery this morning as I wanted to have a look at some plants to put in the pots on the patio. We bought a couple of plants and also bought a flower that smells of chocolate! With 20% off too it worked out well.

On the way home we stopped off at Wicken Fen to have a walk along the boardwalk. There were so many wildflowers out on the fen and plenty of dragon and damselflies flying about, We also heard a cuckoo, the first one I have heard this year. The clouds were looming but luckily we only got caught in a light shower. This is a picture of the wind-powered water pump which lifts river water onto the fen to help re-wet it.
