Now that Christmas is over and everything is back to normal I'm keen to start exercising again and eating a bit more healthy. We have recently bought a wok so Hugh put it to good use and made a beef stirfry. It was super tasty and full of vegetables. Really keen to start cooking more healthy meals and trying new recipes.
