Honesty and Gossip

Dishonesty to others will always be discovered because people always gossip and are always wary of deception. Dishonestly to oneself is much harder to uncover from a single point of self observation because it works so closely with denial. This is a photo of a pizza; I, and only I, know how many times I've eaten takeaway this year. A change needs to be made. This is not a new year's resolution it's a fresh start which happens to have coincided with January.
