Hands

Part of my portraiture project for this year's Graded Unit involves taking photos of hands. The choice of what the hands are doing is up to the subject. Today's lovely lady model, soon to be celebrating her 90th birthday, wanted to be photographed writing in her diary, which she has done every day for most of her life.

It was all hands on deck this afternoon, as Alan and Ricky kindly helped me with exhibition preparations. I have now put all my photos in frames. It's beginning to feel like The Real Thing.
