Abstract Thursday 29 Snowflake

We woke to cold clear skies this morning but it wasn't long before the clouds gathered bringing with them a few drops of sleety rain that were trying very hard to be snowflakes but not really succeeding.
The lantern rooflight  was driven down from Leicester and fitted by the company who makes them: it looks wonderful and I can't wait to see how it floods the entire room with light when the project is finished.
After a busy day it was dark by the time I got round to thinking of a subject for today's challenge: in the end I decided to use a snowflake shaped tealight holder - in the absence of the real thing - and play around with image in PS, inverting the colours and giving it a bit of a swirl.
