Tea-totaler

Stopped to admire a local tea shop in downtown Toronto today on my lunch hour walk. I collect tea pots and have overflowed my cupboards with every type of tea. I stop and look every time I come across a tea store, this one is a particularly lovely chain. Sunny and cold day today, with a few inches of snow when we woke this morning, very pretty. Skipped spin class tonight, a bit too tired, will make it up on the weekend. Day 13 of the 30 day cleanse, so far so good, who knew zuchinni could be noodles/pasta? With cashew Alfredo sauce, mmmm
