Miss, it is snowing!!!

If I had a pound for every time a child said those words to me today, I wouldn't need to work again ;-) 

To be honest, they did really well at ignoring the snow whilst we were getting on with lessons and learning, it was just when coming in this morning, getting ready for assembly and so on. They adored their 20 minutes out on the playground, suited and booted, just playing in the snow. It is then that you are reminded of how they really are just little children who are expected to do so much with their young brains at school! 

I am marking books again now, after my snowy walk, but in my pyjamas and ultimate cuddly, cosy, snuggly fleece. Ahhh!
