What a difference a day makes

Rained heavily over night. I couldn't believe the difference on the Coquet. It had swollen quite heavily and was close to bursting it's banks. The mist was moving in and there was lots of surface water on the road home. However we are all home safely and have just heard that my Mother-in-law will be getting back to her care home on Tuesday.
