Home is the hunter!!??!!

Home is the sailor, home from the sea,
 
  And the hunter home from the hill.

Or in this case home are the hunters, home from the sea.... but the hunters were on the hill on Lambay Island.

I'm not a great believer in hunting pheasant as they provide no challenge due to their slow air speed and with beaters pushing them on they have little hope of survival. On the other hand some do survive and indeed flourish on an island without any predator other than the likes of black backed gulls....

The beaters don't have the easiest of tasks either and certainly earn their money due to the danger cliffs and steep hill scapes ...Any accidents require the rescue 'coptor coming in....just saying
