An early walk along the Prom.  Managed the walk up steep hill home without stopping (almost).

Emails and admin and then off to Trustee meeting in the evening which was rather depressing as two Trustees have resigned.  Great pity.

Later on we heard that daughter-in-law's waters have broken and she is going to be kept in hospital overnight.  A bit of a surprise as this is a month early.
